Chicago PDCA/FCA and its IAF (Industry Advancement Fund) is an association of Union Painting Contractors operating in Cook, Lake, Will, and Grundy Counties of Northern Illinois.

Chicago PDCA is the Official Collective Bargaining Agent responsible for negotiating Labor/Management Agreements with Painters' District Council No. 14. Under terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (Contract) with PDC No. 14, Chicago PDCA/FCA members employ only Union painters.

Chicago PDCA/FCA is affiliated with two national trade groups:

PDCA (the Painting & Decorating Contractors of America), which is the oldest and largest association of painting and decorating contractors.
